A few things to know

Is FairPlay free?

Yes. FairPlay is free to use, with no account or subscription required.

How does FairPlay balance teams?

FairPlay uses the ratings and criteria you choose for each division to build balanced teams. You can set skill weights, include practice availability, and lock up to two coach-requested players per team. Review the results and make moves or swaps before exporting.

Which roster files can I use?

Import CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files and map their columns to player details. Download FairPlay CSV or Excel files, or use separate TeamSnap organization and team roster CSV templates. TeamSnap fields can vary, so check the template for your destination before importing there.

Where is my roster stored?

Your roster stays in this browser on this device. FairPlay does not upload player data to a server. Download a project backup to keep a copy, and use Clear project when you finish on a shared computer.

Can I balance more than one division?

Yes. Each division has its own players, team count, skills, and balancing settings. Players stay within their division.
